Thallia has been a trial attorney with Reynolds Frizzell since 2022 following clerkships at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Thallia received a J.D., summa cum laude, from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, a Master of Social Work from Florida State University, and a B.S.W. from University of Central Florida.
