Reynolds Frizzell LLP is excited to announce the addition of three talented attorneys to our team. Please join us in welcoming Mason Malone, Erin Formby, and Nathaniel Bass.

These new team members bring a wealth of experience to the firm and will play a vital role in advancing our commitment to providing the highest level of service and standards for our clients. Learn more about Mason, Erin, and Nathaniel below.

Mason Malone
Mason lives by the philosophy that, for every action in a case, great lawyers ask, “Does this make it more likely that we resolve the client’s problem?” Assisting in litigation strategy and managing various matters in the energy, construction, and healthcare industries, Mason enjoys the challenge of anticipating problems before they arise while working on a diverse set of legal issues.

Mason earned his J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center. Prior to law school, he graduated from The Honors College at the University of Houston with a B.A. in both Economics and Liberal Studies.

Erin Formby
A background in chemistry allows Erin to confidently address complex and technology centric matters. With a passion for the law and desire to learn, Erin found her calling in trial work. Described as intellectually curious and a perpetual learner, she finds comfort digging deep into facts and research regarding new subject matters to uncover unique solutions for her clients.

Erin earned her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with both a B.S.A. in Chemistry and a B.A. in Spanish, both with highest honors.

Nathaniel Bass
Nathaniel grew up with an instilled sense that how you conduct yourself has as much impact on others as what you are doing for them. This mindset, combined with learning to think quickly on his feet working in sports broadcasting, is the impetus responsible for shaping his approach as a lawyer.

Nathaniel began his career as a litigation attorney with Latham & Watkins after receiving his J.D. cum laude from Cornell Law School. Prior to law school, Nathaniel graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in both Telecommunication Media Studies and Political Science.

“We are thrilled to have these three experienced attorneys join our team,” said Partner Jeremy Doyle. ” Mason, Erin, and Nathaniel have already hit the ground running with an enthusiasm and commitment that aligns perfectly with our firm’s values. Their combined experience and skills will be a tremendous asset to our clients.”
