The Reynolds Frizzell team of Chris Reynolds, Adi Sirkes, and Shellee Rodriguez recently prevailed for an energy client when the Court granted our Rule 91a Motion to Dismiss the plaintiffs’ claims, sanctioned both the plaintiffs and their counsel for filing frivolous and harassing claims, and allowed our client’s counterclaim to proceed. The Court also denied plaintiffs’ motions for new trial and for reconsideration.
