Please join us in welcoming new trial attorney Jennie Mook to the firm. Jennie represents clients in complex business and corporate disputes in state and federal courts. Her practice encompasses contract disputes, class actions, shareholder and closely held business disputes, banking litigation, oil and gas matters, fiduciary disputes, and anti-SLAPP litigation. She has also developed significant experience seeking and defending against temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions.
Jennie began her legal career with a judicial externship for the Honorable Robert E. Bacharach of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and later clerked for the Honorable Scott L. Palk of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. She earned three undergraduate degrees from the University of Oklahoma before graduating with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2021, where she served as Articles Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
Before pursuing a career in law, Jennie worked in wildlife biology and environmental science, including with the National Park Service and U.S. Forest Service. That background continues to inform her work on energy, natural resources, and environmental matters.
