Their recent work includes trying a complex construction case in a three-week arbitration and seeking over $70 million for unpaid labor and services, defending a large midstream oil and gas operator against breach of contract and business tort claims exceeding $500 million in alleged damages, winning a substantial arbitration award on behalf of a natural gas marketer arising out of Winter Storm Uri, and representing a professional sports team in a high-profile putative class action suit in the Southern District of New York.
