Litigation counsel for plaintiff in a case involving a dispute over oil and gas wells drilled in the Gulf of Mexico. Defendants counterclaimed and sought $350 million in damages from the plaintiff. Successfully obtained the dismissal of all of our opponents’ claims on summary judgment. The case thereafter was resolved favorably and confidentially.
