Represented a pipeline construction contractor, Henkels & McCoy, in connection with the defense of a $90 million claim brought against it by the owners of the Rockies Express Pipeline. Henkels & McCoy denied liability and asserted a counterclaim against Rockies Express Pipeline for unpaid work. After taking several depositions and conducting an early mediation, the case settled favorably and confidentially.
