Both American and international oil and gas entities feature in the firm’s impressive client list, which includes the likes of BHP, TransOcean and Marathon Oil. Highlights included [Jean] Frizzell, Brandon Allen, and others serving as lead counsel to Energy Transfer Partners in a lawsuit brought by Enterprise Texas Pipeline alleging the breach of a pipeline agreement. Despite seeking damages of $400m, the plaintiff was only awarded less than 1% of its claims and the case was dismissed in 2018.
