Biography

Jason Daniels brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to his litigation practice. His experience representing clients in complex disputes and working in federal court has given him a strong foundation in analyzing legal issues and developing strategies tailored to the needs of each case. His practice includes commercial litigation, with a focus on regulatory and compliance matters and disputes involving the oil and gas industry.

Jason gained firsthand insight into the judicial process while serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles R. Eskridge III of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas in Houston. His clerkship provided valuable perspective on litigation in federal courts and the evaluation of complex legal issues within a fast-paced court environment. Before his clerkship, Jason worked as a summer associate at Reynolds Frizzell in 2024 and 2025, where he gained experience in litigation strategy, motion practice, and trial preparation.

A native Houstonian, Jason has a longstanding commitment to service and mentorship. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout with Troop 13 in Houston and has served as an elementary school tutor, camp counselor, and ministry mentor to college students. Outside of the office, he enjoys snow skiing, long-distance running with his wife, and hiking in the Rockies.
