
Please join us in welcoming Kevin Downs as a trial attorney at Reynolds Frizzell LLP. Kevin represents plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation matters nationwide, guiding cases through trial and appeal. His experience includes matters involving antitrust claims, breach of contract, business torts, patent infringement, data-privacy violations, wrongful death, and premises liability. Kevin’s clients range from individuals to Fortune 50 companies across a variety of industries, including energy, retail, insurance, and technology.
Kevin received a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, an M.M. in Cello Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music, and a B.M. from the Cleveland Institute of Music. Prior to his legal career, Kevin served as principal cellist of the Houston-based Mercury Chamber Orchestra and performed with the Houston Grand Opera. He also gave recitals and taught cello across North America, Europe, and Asia. He currently serves as a board member of the Mercury Chamber Orchestra.
