Represented Defendants AIM Management Group, Inc., INVESCO Funds Group, Inc., AIM Advisors, Inc., AIM Distributors, Inc., and certain individual defendants in a putative class action filed on behalf of investors in various mutual funds, alleging excessive fees and breaches of fiduciary duty.
