Laura Manion
Laura Manion concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation, representing corporate and individual clients in both federal and state court. Laura has experience with litigation involving diverse subjects such as partnership disputes, accounting malpractice, officer and director liability, fraudulent transfers, antitrust, copyright infringement, and the Jones Act.
Laura joined Reynolds, Frizzell, Black, Doyle, Allen & Oldham L.L.P. after practicing in the Houston office of Diamond McCarthy, L.L.P. Previously, she clerked for Judge Lynn N. Hughes of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas (2008-2010).
Laura is licensed to practice in Texas, New York, and New Jersey.
